Q: Does the free month really cost nothing?
A: Yes! The sixth month is completely free when you commit to 6 months of PA hire.

Q: Are technician callouts included?
A: NO Technician attendance for any event is charged at $400 per event (minimum 7-hour call time). Public holidays incur double time. Routine maintenance is included in your package.

Q: How much notice is needed for a technician?
A: Minimum 48 hours notice is required. Less than that, APS cannot guarantee a technician.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel early?
A: Early termination before the 6-month period incurs a $500 cancellation fee. Written notice must be given 14 days in advance.

Q: What if equipment fails?
A: APS maintains a full warehouse of spares. If gear fails, we swap it immediately — your event runs smoothly.

Q: Is this suitable for all venue types?
